Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items. If an item you received is defective or arrived damaged, contact us and we'll make it right — usually as a credit applied to your next order, or, if you'd rather, a check for the returned amount issued right away.
All of our products are custom made to order. A first order typically takes 40–90 days from art approval to be produced at the factory and delivered. Minimum order quantities apply: pizza boxes have a minimum of 100 bundles of 50, and bags have a minimum order of 10,000 pieces.

Any shipping charges are calculated for your specific order and invoiced to you before any charge is made — nothing is charged automatically.
